At Constitutional Financial Services, there is a monthly Membership Fee of $0.05 cents per month Silver Liberty. This fee is waived for One Year for all New Members who register before Oct. 31, 2011. This fee includes unlimited online account access, free placement of advertisements, and transfers to other Constitutional Financial Services Members. There is also a 1.5% Transaction Fee on Member To Member Trades.
