CFS Coin Club Member Benefits

The main benefit of being a CFS Coin Club Member is that you can have your Legal Tender United States Coin held in trust by the club. Members can then exchange their coin with other members for whatever purpose they choose.

CFS Coin Club recognizes the United States Constitution as the Supreme Law of the Land. In order to maintain "equal weights and measures" the CFS Coin Club uses the Coin Act of 1792 as the definition of a dollar.

How It Works

Members may have CFS Coin Club hold their Silver and Gold Coin in trust at a safe, secure location. CFS Coin Club is NOT a bank. Neither CFS Coin Club nor the Member receive any "interest" on this coin held in trust. The Member will then be credited in the proper amount of "Dollars" they have in trust. In order to "maintain equal weights and measures" we use the following formula:

One Silver Liberty, .999 oz. silver as $1.29.
One Morgan Dollar, .7734 oz. silver as $1.00.
One pre-1965 Half-Dollars, .715 oz. silver as $0.46.
One pre-1965 Quarters, .715 oz. silver as $0.23.
One pre-1965 Dimes, .715 oz. silver as $0.09.

In regards to the Gold Eagles, most people are aware that the 1/4 oz. $10.00 Eagle should have a face value of $12.50. So much for Congress maintaining "equal weights and measures".

If they so wish, Members can exchange their coin via the CFS Coin Club website to other members for whatever purpose they choose. Every American may use any medium of exchange in his private transactions. CFS Coin Club Members choose to use Constitutional Money.

Members can advertise products/services in exchange for Constitutional Dollars with other Members. There is no charge for Members to place ads.

There is no charge for Members to make any private exchange with other Members. No transaction fees, No maintenance fees, etc.

The only "Fee" is the yearly Dues which is $4.00 constitutional money (Silver Liberty Dollars).

CFS Coin Club is NOT a business. CFS Coin Club does not exchange Federal Reserve Notes into US Coin or vice versa. CFS Coin Club does not sell any products or services. If an individual member chooses to exchange his coin for FRN's with another member or vice versa, this is his private, personal transaction and he is free to do so. The CFS Coin Club is simply a means to find other like-minded individuals who share the same values and beliefs.

CFS Coin Club Members are not required to have any coin held in trust. The CFS Coin Club is a club with diverse goals and there are many ways for a Member to help via working with Nevada Legislators, etc. All CFS Coin Club Members with coin held in trust may ask for their coin to be returned via written request. All coin remaining in Trust shall be returned to Member within 72 hours after written request. Should a CFS Club Member be expelled or resign, any coin held in trust remaining shall be returned within 72 hours of expulsion or resignation.
